Our goal is to dispatch your online order on the same, or next working day. If any items are temporarily out of stock, we will contact you of the delay, and advise you when your items have been shipped.
Shipping Times
For DOMESTIC (Australia wide) allow approximately 7 working days, and for INTERNATIONAL (Rest of world) shipping, please allow 14-21 days.
Shipping Costs
DOMESTIC (Australia wide)
Domestic orders are shipped via Australia Post. Delivery costs are calculated and applied to orders at checkout by weight and destination.
INTERNATIONAL (Rest of world)
International orders are shipped via Australia Post Airmail services. Delivery costs are calculated and applied to orders at checkout by weight and destination.
Returns
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Due to the nature of products listed, however, we have a strict no return policy unless there is an error or problem with manufacturing of the product or products. If there is an error with the product, please contact us and we will provide a refund or exchange the item/s.
Payment
All sales must be paid in advance to reserve the goods requested. The accepted payment methods are:
* Paypal for Credit Cards
* Australian Orders – Payable by Direct Deposit
Please note; All prices are quoted in Australian dollars.
All transactions must have your full postal address accompanying any information for both authorisation and in order for us to post your goods.
If you are shopping from anywhere other than Australia, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to your own currency.
Once payment is received in full we will endeavor to ship as soon as possible.
Credit Card Security
All online transactions are processed through the Paypal secure server and are subject to their security system.
wholesale terms
To gain Wholesale access and order through our Wholesale Store you must be over the age of 18, and in operation of a registered retail business in the field of gifts, tarot/oracle card decks, magic, health and well being.
Minimum Order
Wholesale orders are $150 minimum order. Stickers are in packets of 5 per design. Oracle Cards are minimum purchase of 6 Sets per order.
Recommended Retail Pricing
In the Wholesale Store, products are itemised with ‘wholesale’ and Little Wings ‘retail’ prices.
Payment Terms
2.1. At our sole discretion, you must make payment for Goods:
- before the dispatch of Goods, or
- for customers that have been approved for credit, payment for all orders is due 3 days after the invoice date. Payment can be made by credit card and PayPal.
- If you fail to pay us strictly within 3 days then you must pay the annual interest rate of 1.2% on late payments. The interest will be calculated daily on the amount outstanding.
Overdue Accounts
Any accounts that are outstanding for over 45 days may be passed on to debt collection and you will be responsible for any fees involved in recovering the debt.
Title to Goods
Ownership of the Goods shall not pass to you until you pay us all monies owing in respect of such Goods.
Until property in the Goods passes from us to you, it is agreed that:
- You shall retain the Goods in such manner that they are readily identifiable as our property;
- The Goods supplied shall nevertheless be at your risk;
- You shall return the Goods to us should we request you to do so;
- You shall hold the Goods as our bailee and shall hold any proceeds from the sale or disposition of Goods on trust for us.
Personal Property Securities Act
Upon assenting to this Agreement, you agree that this Agreement constitutes a security agreement for the purposes of the Personal Property Securities Act 2009.
