A short focus exercise to hone the awareness ‘muscle’. It will bring you into the present moment to become consciously aware, allowing you to attain mental clarity and make decisions with ease. Present awareness automatically makes you more grounded, clear and emotionally calm.
The different focus points in this exercise can also be practiced at any time and for longer lengths of time. If the mind drifts, gently come back to one of the focus points, such as the breath, and continue.
